A note on privacy
Effective 23 October 2026
I.A note on privacy
Nuvellique is a small skincare house for mature skin, operating under that trade name through its boutique at nuvellique.com (the Boutique). We ask for little and look after it carefully. This note explains how we treat the personal information of everyone who visits or orders from the Boutique, whom we call Purchasers. For anything here, write to support@nuvellique.com.
The House of Nuvellique is the assumed business name (DBA) under which the Boutique operates, and its address of record is 9802 Nicholas St, Unit 305, Omaha, NE 68114, United States.
II.What we collect at the Boutique
When you browse: your IP address, device and browser, the pages and products you view, what you place in your bag, and the site that referred you. When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing addresses, phone number if you give it, and the products, sizes and samples in your order. Payment details are entered with our payment processor and are never stored by us.
III.Cercle Nuvellique
If you join our members’ letter, we keep your email address so we can send early access to new formulas, ritual notes and your welcome code, and we note whether our letters are opened so we can write better ones. Leave at any time with the link at the foot of each letter.
IV.Your skin, and what not to send us
If you write to us about your skin, we use what you tell us only to answer you. Please don’t send photographs of skin conditions, diagnoses or details of medications or treatments; we are not able to advise on medical matters, and that information is better kept between you and your dermatologist.
V.How we use your information
To prepare, send and support your order, including returns; to send confirmations and delivery updates; to send Cercle letters if you joined; to apply welcome codes and prevent their misuse; to protect the Boutique against fraud; to learn which formulas and pages interest people; and to keep the records the law requires.
VI.With whom it is shared
Only those who help us run the Boutique: our e-commerce platform and host, payment processor, fulfilment partner and carriers, email-delivery service, and analytics and fraud-prevention providers; our advisers; authorities where the law requires; and a successor to the Nuvellique business. We do not sell personal information.
VII.Cookies
Cookies keep your bag, remember your session and help us understand how the Boutique is used. We ask before placing non-essential cookies where the law requires. You can decline or delete cookies in your browser, though your bag may then forget its contents.
VIII.Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws may also opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, which we do not engage in, and may appeal our decision. Residents of the EEA and UK have the rights given by the GDPR and may complain to their supervisory authority. We confirm your identity before acting and respond within the time the law allows.
IX.How long we keep it
Orders and invoices: seven years, for tax purposes. Cercle membership: until you leave. Correspondence: two years. Browsing data: up to 14 months.
X.Security
Encrypted connections, a PCI-compliant payment processor and restricted access protect what we hold. No system can be guaranteed secure, but we act promptly if something goes wrong and notify you where required.
XI.Minors
The Boutique is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
XII.If this note changes
We will publish the new version here with its date, and tell Cercle members of significant changes.
